Job Description
General Radiologist Remote Locum Tenens
We are seeking a Board Certified General Radiologist for a fully remote locum tenens assignment with a respected multispecialty group. This is a highly desirable weekday only role with no call, weekends, or holidays, offering predictable hours and a strong clinical support system.
Schedule

Monday Friday
8 9 hour shifts (starting at 8:00 AM)
No call, no weekends, no holidays

Practice Setting

Multispecialty group with outpatient focused imaging
7 radiologists on staff
Nearly 100% adult patient population
Average outpatient cases per day

Responsibilities
Interpret a broad range of general diagnostic imaging studies
Modalities include:
CT

MRI

X ray
Ultrasound

DEXA

Perform general fluoroscopy procedures (if onsite), including:
Esophagrams
Upper GI studies

Requirements
Board Certified in Radiology (ABR)
Active Iowa medical license preferred
Candidates with IMLC Letter of Qualification will be considered
Technology & Support
EMR: Altera
PACS/RIS systems in place
Dedicated support team including:
Department Director
Modality Managers
Lead Technologists

Additional Details
Fully remote opportunity
Travel arranged if onsite coverage is required (pre approved)
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Compensation
