Callaway Resort & Gardens (CRG) is an iconic 2,500-acre resort destination featuring a variety of lodging choices, unique garden attractions, seasonal special events, 36 holes of golf, fishing, biking trails, and residences. Currently CRG is part of Herschend Enterprises, Resort and Lodging Division, as part of a family of companies focused on family entertainment. As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services to our guests. You will be stationed in one of our retail locations including the Discovery Center, Day Butterfly Center, Country Store (located in the Country Kitchen Restaurant), Fantasy in Lights Tent (Winter during Fantasy in Lights program), Sand Bucket (located at Robin Lake Beach - Summer only), and Pumpkins.
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
Greet customers as they enter the retail stores and offer assistance as needed
Process sales transactions and operate cash registers
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with restocking merchandise and completing inventory checks
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Strong customer service skills with a passion for people
Cash handling experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
