Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is committed to providing outstanding maintenance services for our clients and their building occupants and is hiring a Night Janitor for our Bellevue locations. As a Bellevue Night Janitor, you will be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our customers’ facilities. This Bellevue Night Janitor role is ideal for individuals who can work as part of a team or on their own. We offer competitive pay rates and a variety of schedules. Bellevue Night Janitor Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently

Dust and polish surfaces

Empty trash receptacles

Interact professionally with customers and team members

Bellevue Night Janitor Qualifications

Previous janitorial experience is preferred

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods

Bellevue Night Janitor Compensation

Pay ranges from $21.30 - $23.30 per hour , with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
