Job Description The Temp Receptionist role is designed to support front-desk operations during full-time daytime hours. This position involves managing visitor interactions, handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of administrative duties that ensure smooth office activities. No travel or off-site duties are expected for this role.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors professionally upon arrival
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Perform accurate data entry tasks
Provide general customer assistance as needed
Coordinate office activities and workflow
Complete basic administrative tasks to support office operations
