Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Urgent Recovery Center – Enid, OK

NCBH is recruiting compassionate, dedicated behavioral health professionals to help improve the lives of all Oklahomans. The LPN position is part of an urgent recovery center that provides short‑term crisis response, stabilization, and intervention for individuals experiencing a mental health or chemical dependency crisis. The role functions as a member of a multi‑discipline team and may also participate in the Comprehensive Crisis Response System on the Mobile Crisis Team.

Job Summary

Perform technical direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician. Key duties include vital sign monitoring, nursing assessments, and delivery of health care services to patients in a crisis environment.

Full‑time

Base Salary

Level III – $60,000 / $28.85 per hour

Level II – $55,000 / $26.44 per hour

Level I – $50,500 / $24.27 per hour

Compensation range of $84,000+ includes base salary, retirement, and a state‑paid benefit allowance

$3.00 per hour shift differentials for evening, nights, and weekends; an additional $6.00 per hour is available for night and weekend work

Primary working hours are 07:00 pm – 07:30 am

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Level III – Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license and at least three years of practical nursing experience

Level II – Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license and at least one year of practical nursing experience

Level I – Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license
