BCBA Needed for Supervision
Autism Behavior Support
Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our El Paso location. The primary function of the BCBA is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
Responsibilities Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options
Consult with and teach instructional team members
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Collaborate with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies
Manage and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to team members

Requirements Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification
30 billable hours per week
