Auburn Village has immediate has only 1 opening for a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) so you need to apply today!

Located in Auburn, IN, just north of Fort Wayne, we have a Full-Time Opening ON DAYS, 12-hour day shift -- 5a-5p. Must work every other weekend both days.

Then our 12-hour shifts might be the perfect solution for a full-time job, allowing more flexibility.

Earn between $21.20 - $25.20 (depending on benefits chosen or Waived, shift and includes sign-on bonus) Up to $2500 Sign-On Bonus paid out hourly at $1.20 per hour until Max reached
Mileage Reimbursement for over 20-miles round trip commute (up to 50miles)!

Responsibilities of the Qualified Medication Aide (QMA):

The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) is responsible for the continuous improvement of total quality care as it relates to providing nurse aide services to facilities requiring the services of a Nurse Aide. In addition, the QMA will:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Supervise caregivers and respond to situations based on QMA nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol
Perform tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge and local, state and federal guidelines and the policies of the facility

Graduate of a state-approved training class for QMAs
Completion of or enrollment in a state-approved Qualified Medication Aide course
Qualified Medication Aide Certification from the State of Indiana or in process
Must be open to working floor as a CNA when needed
