Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurses are needed at a local healthcare organization. This position involves providing critical patient care in an ICU setting with a focus on advanced medical procedures and patient monitoring. The assignment requires a minimum of two years of experience in ICU or similar critical care environments.
Job Details:
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid California registered nurse license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). At least 2 years of ICU experience, CA RN licensure, and applicable certifications uploaded with valid expiration dates within the last 2 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in trauma or high-acuity units is desirable.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The assignment begins on 09/29/2026 and concludes on 12/29/2026. Candidates must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, and all compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date. Candidates are expected to provide 2 references obtained within the last year and to have a 7-year work history verified. Holiday RTO is limited to specified U.S. holidays, beginning at 7:00 PM the night before through 7:00 AM the day after.
