Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Position Overview: Staff nurse will be responsible for providing intensive care to patients with serious heart and vascular conditions. Shifts are three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the following week (every other weekend included).
We are a drug free facility. Education Requirements:
~ Current RN License.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
