This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities

Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures.
Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured.
Supervise resident-care personnel
Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure.
Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current and valid RN nursing license for the state of Illinois
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Computer literacy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
