AMS & Inspire Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in improving quality of life by developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with an experienced healthcare team, and guiding patients through every step of their rehabilitation journey.
Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
Establish realistic treatment goals and regularly assess patient progress.
Educate patients and family members on exercises, safety, and home programs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations, as well as professional standards of practice.
Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Foster a positive, compassionate, and encouraging environment for patients and their families.
Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of employment.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
