*Ideal candidate will have a minimum required availability of Friday 2-10p/Saturday 2p-10p/Sunday 2pm-9pm.

Processes Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading and offering several types of membership products , scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payments. Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.

Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department

Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Collects payments via cash, check, or other charge payments from members.

Returns re-sellable merchandise to the sales floor area.

Assists Members with operations and technical difficulties.

Maintains all club policies and procedures.

Environmental Job Conditions

There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.

May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.
