Job Description Are you skilled in building relationships and growing your business through referrals? If yes, this opportunity allows you to be your own boss at Caliver Beach Mortgage.
Operate your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
Support with administrative, operational, and compliance tasks provided by the corporate team.
Candidate Attributes Proven success in developing referral partnerships with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
Maintain a database of past clients for marketing.
Consistently close 3-5 units per month.
Analytical skills to evaluate complex financial data.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.
