Job Summary The Order Picker with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process within a retail branch location. The Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams.

The Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams.

Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area
Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager
Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
Experience Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Traits & Skills Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools
ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
