Responsibilities:
Be the first smile of the day! Greet every customer with friendly, fast service, help with fuel and transactions, and make every visit a positive experience.
Go the extra mile! Offer windshield washing, share rewards program benefits, and provide helpful service wherever it's needed.
Keep it safe and clean! Maintain a tidy, welcoming lot, kiosks, and walkwaysinside and outso everyone can fuel up safely and comfortably.
Own your shift! Follow all cash handling, safety, and company procedures, complete checklists, and make sure tasks are done right every time.
Teamwork makes it fun! Help train new teammates, communicate with leadership, stay updated on policies, and celebrate wins while achieving your shift goals.
Qualifications:
Positive, customer-first mindset, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
Ability to stay self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and follow safety expectations.
