Head of Marketing & Customer Experience

Overview We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead the development, optimization, and execution of new offers within our customer loyalty and rewards program. This role will be instrumental in shaping compelling customer experiences that drive engagement and retention.

Job Title Marketing Manager III

Duration 4 Month+ Contract

Analyze potential offer structures, assess feasibility, and develop implementation plans.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, finance, and operations.

Document and present proposed plans with clarity and strategic insight.

Continuously optimize offers based on performance data and customer feedback.

Qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Traits Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.

Comfortable navigating complex projects and cross-functional dynamics.

Able to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
