The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and administrative roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions. The Recruiter will partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, develop job postings, and maintain a consistent, inclusive hiring process aligned with organizational values. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, using applicant tracking systems, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offer and onboarding processes. The role also involves building relationships with local universities, professional organizations, and community partners to support ongoing talent acquisition.

Candidate should possess skills in talent sourcing and candidate outreach, including use of online job boards, professional networks, and community partnerships.

Candidate should possess skills in screening and interviewing, including application review, phone and in-person interviews, and structured evaluation of candidates.

Candidate should possess skills in recruitment process coordination, including scheduling, reference checks, offer facilitation, and onboarding support.

Candidate should possess skills in maintaining recruitment documentation and using applicant tracking or HR information systems.

Candidate should possess skills in relationship-building and collaboration, working effectively with clinical leaders, administrative staff, and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Prior experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or related professional services settings.

Demonstrated commitment to equitable, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.

Ability to work on-site in Buffalo, NY, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
