We are hiring aPhysical Therapist (PT)for aHome Healthposition providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Muskegon area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year, as well as an additional $5,000 -15,000 sign-on bonus, depending on years of experience as a PT!

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, functional mobility assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and independence

Work independently, but never alone

PT Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist, PT license in the state you work

One year of experience as a Physical Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
