Physician- Neurology Full-Time (Physician #)

Neurologist (Outpatient Practice) Location: West Nyack, New York

Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a well-established outpatient neurology practice in West Nyack, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality neurological care in a collaborative, physician-led environment with access to advanced diagnostic technology and multidisciplinary support. The position offers a balanced Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities, allowing for an outstanding work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological disorders, including headaches, epilepsy, stroke, neuropathy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, dementia, and neuromuscular conditions.

Perform comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Interpret and utilize diagnostic studies such as EEG, EMG/NCS, MRI, CT, and other neurodiagnostic testing.

Coordinate patient care with primary care physicians and other medical specialists.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

Educate patients and families regarding neurological conditions and treatment options.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.

Active or eligible for New York medical licensure.

DEA certification or eligibility.

Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fellowship training is welcome but not required.

Full-time

Monday-Friday outpatient clinic
