Job TitleRegistered Nurse - ICUCity/State:Yakima, WashingtonShift:12H Days, Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00Contract Length:19 WeeksStart Date:09/08/2026Job Description:This role involves providing care for critically ill patients in a 226-bed non-profit community hospital with 11 ICU beds. The nurse will be responsible for managing a variety of patient types including CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, and more. Experience with specific equipment and procedures such as chest tubes, wound vacs, and monitoring femoral arterial sheaths is required.Responsibilities:Care for patients with CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, and more.Administer blood products and monitor post-cath patients.Manage drips including diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, and heparin.Float to TELE, Telemetry 2EW, Med-Surg, Neurology-Medical as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required.Completion of at least 1 travel assignment.Certifications required: ACLS and BLS.Experience with EMR system EPIC.Every other weekend rotation.
