Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time
Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership
Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families
Current California LVN license in good standing
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred
Commitment to providing outstanding resident-centered care
