Facility Maintenance Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to work under the direction of the Facility Manager and assist with the maintenance and upkeep of all PWS locations.

Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
Complete plumbing repairs and installations
Perform basic electrical work and repairs
Operate snow plows and conduct snow removal during winter months
Complete landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks
Perform general carpentry work and building repairs
Travel between PWS facilities as needed (Madison and Milwaukee)
Experience in facility maintenance, building trades, or related fields preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work
Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed
