Licensed Practical Nurse/ PDN Nurse Supreme Touch Home Health Services, Corp. is a family owned and operated business with two offices located in Columbus and Springfield, Ohio. As a growing home healthcare agency, we strive on providing the best quality of home care services to our communities. We are seeking dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We focus on their overall health and contributing to their quality of life. We provide Loving Care for Independent Living.

Graduate of an accredited Practical/ Vocational program
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Professional Nurse in home health care setting
Considerable knowledge of the care and treatment of patients and special procedures that apply to practical nursing
Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/ or equipment over 50 pounds
Adhering to the LPN scope of practice as set forth by the State Board of Nursing
Performing specific treatments as ordered by the MD while under RN supervision
Collaborating with other health care providers and provide education to patients and/ or significant others
Documenting and reporting care received, changes, observations and other data related to the clinical condition of the patient to the RN
