Middle School Teacher: Derby Public Schools are seeking a Physical Education teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will split between Derby North Middle School and Derby Middle School. Employee benefits include uncategorized PTO, paid parental leave, and we accept PDC for salary placement. Salary is based on experience and education: $50,003 - $85,354.
Salary
Annual Contract. Regular teacher contract currently 184.5 days.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
Current Kansas State Teaching License on file in the Central Office.
Desire to continue career improvement.

Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round.
Must be able to work in noisy and crowded environments.
Requires regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job.
