HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

Job Description The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team located in Wheaton, IL. This position is well-suited for someone who has demonstrated experience in recruitment, compensation analysis, employee relations, research, training and development, and HRIS administration. Ability to interpret policies, labor agreements and employment regulations.Skilled in compensation structures, salary survey methodologies, and data interpretation for decision-making.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, HRIS and ATS applications.
