As a Security Officer - TWIC Perimeter Patrol in Deer Park, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site staff and visitors, document observations, and respond to situations with professionalism and care. Provide customer service to clients, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns, coordinating with site contacts, and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, yards, dock areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, damages, or irregular conditions.

Support access control operations by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation as directed, managing visitor and vehicle logs, and directing traffic flow when needed.

Monitor cameras, alarms, and communication systems as assigned, complete accurate shift reports, and promptly report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through established channels.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
