We are seeking a creative and technically skilledInstructionalDesignerto support the development of engaging, multimedia-rich learning experiences. This role requires a strong foundation ininstructionaldesign principles, along with hands‑on expertise in graphic design, 3D modeling, and video editing. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders to create high‑quality training content that is visually compelling andinstructionally sound.

Design and develop instructionalmaterials including eLearning modules, instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), job aids, and assessments.

Create custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to enhance learning content.

Develop 3D models and animations using tools like 3DS Max and V‑Ray to support technical or product training.

Edit and produce training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences.

Ensure all content meets accessibility, branding, and quality standards.

Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education, or related field.

3+ years of experience in instructional design or digital learning development.

Articulate Storyline, Rise, Power Point).

Proficiency in Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Experience with 3D modeling and rendering using 3DS Max and V‑Ray.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid environment.

Portfolio showcasinginstructionaldesign work, including multimedia and 3D content.
