Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. This assignment lasts 13-14 weeks and is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026.

Experience and Skills Requirements

Trauma Level I experience - REQUIRED

2 years of nursing experience - REQUIRED

Cardiac PCU, Drips, Post Cath Lab, IV Starts, and Sheath Pulls - REQUIRED

Conscious Sedation and Telemetry - PREFERRED

Certifications

BCLS certification - REQUIRED

ACLS certification - PREFERRED

NIHSS certification - OPTIONAL

Education

Graduation from a Travelers University accredited by the ACEN or CCNE.

Licensure

License must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtained once permanent license applications have been submitted.

Other Requirements

First Time Travelers Accepted

Must agree to precepting and/or be assigned students to shadow

Floating may be required to different levels of care (Med‑Surg, PCU, ICU); resources will be provided at both University and Methodist Hospitals

2 supervisor references required

Float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/nearby

Flu vaccine required - Medical/Religious exemptions only
