The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Formulation Scientist for a prominent client of ours. Job Title: Formulation Scientist / R&D Scientist
Standard Day Shift
Perform formulation optimization, investigate formulation issues, and support multiple R&D projects simultaneously. Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and improve formulations while maintaining project documentation and technical records.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology , or a related scientific discipline.
Stability testing and formulation adjustments.
Raw material evaluation and compatibility assessment.
Product specification testing and formulation modifications.
R&D laboratory experience supporting formulation development.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills Experience in the cosmetics, personal care, consumer products, pharmaceutical, or specialty chemicals industry.
Familiarity with laboratory analytical testing for product stability and performance evaluation.
Experience managing multiple formulation development projects.
