HR/Recruiting Generalist

Our clients are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support employee services and HR transactional processes through a centralized HR Operations Center. This role delivers timely, accurate, and confidential HR support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HR services.

On-Site

Serve as a primary contact for employees and Unit HR by responding to HR-related inquiries through the HR Operations Center (Ask HR)
Research, resolve, and respond to employee questions in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and HR data
Collaborate with HR team members on issue resolution, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Administer and support HR processes, including:
Talent acquisition support and interview coordination
Employee record maintenance and data accuracy
Learning and training administration

Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
1-3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or shared services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Employee Profile)
Experience supporting HR shared services or employee experience functions
Power BI or HR reporting tool experience
