Overnight Traffic Control Flagger

The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company, is seeking reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team as Traffic Controllers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the safe and orderly flow of vehicles into and out of Points of Distribution (PODs) during emergency response operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations and the safety of both the public and on-site personnel.

These areseasonal positions and, if activated, will likely require travel on short notice, generally lasting from several days to a few weeks and possibly 30 days or more, depending on the disaster response needs. Mark serviced vehicles as needed per site procedures.

Ensure safety of vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the site.

Communicate clearly with team members and follow site supervisor instructions.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in traffic control, logistics, or emergency response is preferred.This role involves working in a variety of environmentalconditions, including outdoor and potentially hazardous settings. Flexibilityto work irregular hours—such as nights, weekends, and holidays—is essential,particularly during emergency deployments. Must have reliable transportation to travel to various deployment sites.
