TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Fort Smith, Arkansas, 72903!

Travel RN – Stepdown (IMC/PCU) – Nights
Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment
Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC unit with a 5:1 patient ratio
Monitor and manage post-cardiovascular surgery patients through recovery
Manage patients on BiPAP and Airvo high-flow oxygen therapy
Float to Med/Surg as required by unit needs
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas or compact eligibility
Minimum 2 years of Stepdown or IMC/PCU nursing experience
Demonstrated experience with post-CV surgery patients and cardiac drip titration
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
