Excelcare at The Pines is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations and payroll administration for our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role supports our mission of delivering compassionate, resident-centered care by building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Responsibilities of the Director of Human Resources:

Manage all HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping systems, and wage reporting
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR and payroll matters
Director of Human Resources Qualifications:

Experience in HR and payroll, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
