Job description Overview: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Flywheel Centers plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care. As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with clients, their families, your supervisees, and the broader care team, guiding and empowering everyone involved to create meaningful, socially significant positive change for the children we serve.

Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Flywheel's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team
Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:
Providing clinical supervision and parent training
Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director
