Physical Therapist
We are seeking a physical therapist to serve our outpatient patients at our University Village location in Minneapolis, MN and our Highland Park location in St Paul, MN!
In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.

Fairview Rehabilitation offers a broad range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, three post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs. Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota or temporary license in the state of Minnesota
