Is prior insurance sales experience required?
You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

Proteges in our organization have the opportunity to go through our program, learning the insurance business, Farmers systems, and how to get clients. You can keep working in the same office you started in if you like. We have one sales person that has worked in the same agency for over 20 years.

Every agency pays their employees differently, but they generally pay a base salary or an hourly wage, plus commissions and/or bonuses.

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $45,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses. Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
