Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 8-10 years of supervisory and management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or willingness to learn within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, grants management, and accreditation standards.
• A valid Alaska Driver's license and the ability to be insured on CVTC's vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.
