As a Senior Instructional Designer, you’ll design, build, and deliver high‑impact learning—partnering with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into engaging curricula, eLearning, and blended programs that elevate skills and performance across the firm.

Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with management and SMEs on objectives and training prioritization.

Create storyboards, scripts, course content (eLearning, simulations, blended learning), curricula, job aids, and learner guides using sound instructional design theory; Design and develop training processes, plans, and content with internal resources; equip SMEs to deliver training effectively and consistently.

Plan, organize, implement, and administer training activities across offices and programs; Deliver and facilitate training within the organization; continuously improve content and assess training quality and impact.

Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): course setup, assignments, reporting, and data integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or comparable field

Three years of training or facilitation experience in a corporate or professional business setting, preferably in training or human resources

Experience with SCORM compliance and copy writing laws

Experience developing and delivering training in a STEM industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proficient in Articulate, Captivate, InDesign, or similar graphic design and training development tools.

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and instructional design; applies sound instructional design theory.

Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and LMS configuration/administration (preferred).
