Compensation: $60,000$100,000+ (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their risks and choose the right protection for their families. Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and goals.

Recommend personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, disability, and related products.

Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and team development.

Build referral relationships that increase both customer value and your income.

This is consultative selling, not high-pressure sales. We focus on education, trust, and helping customers make informed decisions.

You'll always know what's expected because we believe great coaching requires clear goals. Consistently create quality conversations with prospective customers.

Produce approximately 50 new applications each month.

Write at least two life insurance policies monthly.

Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.

Willing to obtain Indiana Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses immediately

No insurance experience is required. Sales experience is helpful but not necessary. Competitive base salary after successful completion of training
