(*At Indeed, our mission is to help all people get jobs. As a Product Manager on Responsible AI, you will help teams across Indeed launch AI products with robust compliance, lower risk, and better user outcomes for job seekers and employers.

You will partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, legal + compliance groups, and platform teams (ML & AI) to define strategy, drive execution, and improve adoption for a suite of Responsible AI capabilities that support compliance, fairness, safety, and trust in Indeed’s AI products.

Be the face of the customer internally, advocating for and representing customer needs, opportunities, and product requirements while balancing business and technical considerations.

Drive product discovery and execution by leveraging experimentation, data insights, and customer feedback to inform decisions and optimize product performance.

Provide clear written and verbal updates on roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes to leadership and collaborators.

or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.

Experience balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to inform product decisions.

Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, experimentation, and metrics to guide prioritization and product improvements.

Deep curiosity and accountability for the data and insights of their products.
