Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 + commission (OTE $80-100K year 1)

What I am looking for in a candidate:
Natural sales ability
At least 1 year of work experience within retail, sales, or legal sectors
Track record of personal success or competitiveness
Confidence to work in a sales/target-driven environment
Comfortable in face-to-face meetings
Demonstrates a natural hunger and drive to succeed
Committed to a career in recruitment
Comfortable working in a small boutique NYC office

The Role:
Hot desk with many recruitment vacancies from day 1
Mapping the market and staying updated with trends to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates
Resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing, and building relationships with high-caliber candidates and clients
Attending client meetings
Taking job briefs
Shadowing colleagues and working closely with Account Managers
Collaborating with management to ensure success
