Track and Document Progress: Effectively monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent advancement

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing

Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)

Creative thinking to adapt therapeutic approaches based on each patient's unique needs
