YOU WILL BE: The Restaurant Host serves Neiman Marcus customers in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner by greeting and seating customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Maintains presence at host stand / door to professionally and graciously greet and seat customers

Monitors server performance to ensure smooth service during the customers’ dining experience

Observes proper telephone etiquette

Handles reservations through OpenTable platform (including VIPs) and any additional inquiries regarding hours of operation, specials, events, etc.

Organizes reservations, maximizes seating during operating hours, and optimizes staffing and customer traffic

Participates in daily pre-shift meetings

Maintains the highest level of hygiene standards to include, but not limited to: Clean and professionally styled hair and nails, maintained to avoid food contamination risks

Adheres to posted work schedule and follows established procedures for schedule and shift changes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: High School diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge of OpenTable platform

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
