Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift per month. Shift assignments based on unit needs.

• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit within a dedicated Women's and Children's facility
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring quality care delivery
• Full spectrum of labor and delivery services including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, epidural anesthesia, and tub labor options
• Documentation systems include CPN and Meditach EMR platforms
• Collaborative team environment with RNs, unit secretaries, and OR techs providing comprehensive support
• Shared decision-making approach to patient experience and care planning

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Active RN license in good standing
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM (Advanced AWHONN does not meet requirement)
Demonstrated competency in care of laboring patients, immediate newborn care, and circulating/recovering cesarean section patients
Professional attire: Ceil Blue, Navy Blue, or Gray scrubs (not provided by facility)
Flexibility to float to other units as needed per facility policy
