Full Time Engineer 1Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full Time Engineer 1 who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.The Engineer 1 will report to the Assistant Director of Engineering. This position will require working technical knowledge general building maintenance plus specialize in both HVAC & Refrigeration.Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.What you will do:Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & life safety, HVAC, interior and exterior paint and decoratingRespond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfactionImplement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logsRespond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotelWhat you will bring:HVAC/R trade school education or at least 2 years of equivalent experienceEPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.Experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systemsRequires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance and the ability to properly use maintenance equipment and tools.Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.Knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment.Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.What we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsPay: $43.74 per hourWe look forward to receiving your application!
