Dental Hygienist, Full - Time flexible

At Spoonwood Dental Partners, our hygiene team is at the heart of our mission, and we’re looking for an outstanding RDH to join our Peterborough practice.

Prevention-Focused Model: Work in a practice that prioritizes long-term health, not just quick fixes.

In-House Periodontist: Collaborate closely with our on-site perio specialist, enhancing care and learning opportunities.

Competitive Pay + Incentives: $45–$52.50/hr base + Patient Care Incentive (earn $12,000+ annually in bonuses).

Flexible Scheduling: Full-time preferred (4–5 days), but we’re open to flexible arrangements or job sharing.

Top-Notch Tools: Modern equipment and technology in every hygiene operatory.

Community Connection: We sponsor local events and run a “Cavity Free Club” for kids 13 and under, as well as a free dental day.

At least 1 year of hygiene experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply.

$45.00–$52.50/hour + quarterly incentive bonuses ($1,500+/quarter).
