Schedule: PRN/ As Needed - Monday and Friday availability required, at least 4 shifts per month

The Milieu Therapist facilitates groups based on core curriculum, provides meal monitoring and meal support., and offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs. The Milieu Therapist may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.

Support morning routine in IP/Res programs

Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends. Coverage for Primary Therapists with support from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director

Bachelor's degree in mental health or related degree program (required)

Master's degree in mental health or related degree program (required)

Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (required)

Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (requirement waived with relevant master's degree)
