Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NICU
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) and Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) shifts available. Must be flexible and able to float between departments.
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a WA License in hand and Level III or IV NICU experience. This role involves providing exceptional respiratory care for newborns in a Level 3 NICU and requires the ability to adapt to various units within the hospital.

Manage and oversee respiratory care for patients in the NICU.
Administer respiratory therapy as per prescribed protocols.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient respiratory status.
Assist in high-risk deliveries and emergencies.
Utilize advanced therapies and equipment for neonatal patients.

Washington State Respiratory Therapist License (RRT).
Minimum of 2 years of Charge Experience in a relevant setting.
Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, CRT or RRT.
Experience in Level 3 NICU and Level 2 Adult ICU is required.
Knowledge and skills in advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
