Provide strategic leadership across multiple franchise locations.

Coach, mentor, and develop operation managers and operational leaders.

Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives that improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

Build systems that consistently exceed customer expectations.

Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and service quality.

Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Increase customer loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.

Oversee staffing, scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning.

Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans.

Oversee Fleet, Safety & Compliance

Manage fleet maintenance, equipment readiness, and asset accountability.

Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company standards.

Maintain driver qualification files and regulatory compliance programs.

Drive Financial Performance

Manage labor costs, operational budgets, fleet expenses, and warehouse costs.

Use data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Customer satisfaction and online reviews

Safety performance and regulatory compliance

Fleet utilization and maintenance

Damage reduction and claims management

Training completion and team development

Proven success managing budgets, labor costs, and operational performance

Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
