Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney Associate in Los Angeles, CA, with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. This part-time role offers flexibility for remote or in-office work and opportunities for growth based on performance.
Duties Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
Handle discovery and develop case strategies.
Appear at hearings and assist with trial preparation.
Work independently and manage cases efficiently.
Requirements Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications Active California Bar License.
Skills Strong experience in drafting legal documents.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
